I would explain, as nicely as I could, to him that although he does a good job with his hand, and you do have lots of sex, you have other needs too. Tell him that you do your best to fulfill his needs and he, as your partner, should do the same. I know that sex isnt the most important factor in a relationship but the fact that you are communicating your needs and desires and he is ignoring that does show a small problem.
