 Is she being very aggressive with how she does it? I could see it being possible that she is being very rough with the tip because it has the most senstation. Either tell her to be more gentle and lay off the tip, or stop having oral sex. If it hurts, why do you keep doing it? Also if you're not finishing from oral sex, why do you still finish in her mouth?
