 It's happening because you're young and it happens to young people in particular and it is totally normal. Once you find someone you really and truly love, you'll be able to put up with them.
Maybe don't go into relationships too quickly, if you just date, as in go out with different people and just see where things lead to, you might be able to start a relationship with someone you like more than all the other guys you've dated within the last while.

You're still very young and this is natural. It'a happened to a lot of people over the years before you. You're still young, and you're maturing and trying to define who you are. Instead of chasing guys around then dumping them (because you will get a reputation), just spend time getting to know yourself and find out who you are. There will be a guy out there for you, but you need to spend more time getting to know guys you like, and more time just trying to understand yourself.
