I dont think it is depression.. You only show one of the signs.. unless there is more?? Do you have a route cause of the problem.. has aything happened to you in the past? The fact you have a lot goin on in your life, could make you wish you had alone time, you time.. if you get me? I feel like this.. more often that i should.. everyday maybe even 3 times a day.. but i resort to doin somethin i shouldnt.. but i strongly suggest you go to a doctor about it.. they will suggest something or other..

 Maybe you are suffering with depression as that can make you feel like that, especially if you have so much going on in your life and you don't know what to deal with first.
You should maybe visit your doctor and tell them how you are feeling, they will be able to tell you if they think you are.
