 The reason why a 16 year old male ejaculates so quickly is because thats what you are - a 16 year old male. There is only one way to slow it down at your age in my opinion, - do it more and more often, sex or masturbation. Do it till your balls are empty if you don't mind me putting it bluntly. Now you'll find you'll last a bit longer.

There is some belief that this is an evolutionary thing where early men and women had to have sex quickly because if they spent lots of time copulating, they were more vulnerable to predators. Although that is no longer a danger in our ultra-modern world, many evolutionary traits remain. You can train yourself to keep from coming so quickly, or you may also find that the more often you have sex, the longer you will be able to last without ejaculating.

 You don't mention whether you ejaculate to quick having sex, or just generally, so i am going to assume you mean when masturbabting. When you feel you are going to ejaculate pause for a while and grip the top of your penis with your thumb and forefinger. When you feel the feelings have subsided then try again, repeat this process until you feel you are ready.
