 Its different for everyone. Not all hymens are that big, and some of them get broken and you don't even know when or how.
Traditionally the old wives tale says it hurts a little bit on the first thrust, maybe some blood but then its over.

Ok well before you go digging yourself into a whole over his size or possible lack thereof there are a couple of possible reasons. First of all you have been penetrated apparently even if just by his fingers. Second if you are a woman who can get very wet down there that can help with the lubrication and the sensation. Usually when a woman hurts the first time its because she hasn't been penetrated at all. My advice would be to actually ask yourself how it felt the first time you were penetrated by anything even if it was yourself. Did it hurt some then? And then ask yourself if it was really reasonable to expect that your first time having actual intercourse was supposed to hurt. FYI if you care about this boy don't even remoteley talk about his size. Not going to explain just trust me don't do it lol

 It because you got fingered before hand. It breaks something called the heman. Which is thin layer of skin coveringg the opening of your vagina. Which is breaked either by being fingered or when you lose your virginity. The first time might hurt to some and might not to others.. No two women are alike.. We are here in all shapes and colours :)
But i hope you are being safe.. STDs are for real and teen pregnancy isn't what you'd want to go through at such a tender age.
