 It could be a number of things. Stress is usually the number one cause though. Is there something in your life that's stressing you out just now? Your job, your fiance, your family or money maybe? How do you feel about yourself? Do you feel happy in your own skin? How is your relationship going between you and your boyfriend? Is he still as loving towards you? It could also be that you're pregnant! Are you using contraception? It may be that your life is more hectic at the moment and you're just too tired when you go to bed at night. Could it be you're maybe worried about a family member or a friend?
Without more information it's hard to say. Look at the possibilities I've mentioned and see if any of them hit home.
