Date them all casually, just be honest with them and let them all know that you're seeing other people, and they are free to see other people as well. Then once you get to them better, you'll be much clearer on which is right for you. You also won't have any regrets or any resentment, because you will know that the one you're with was the right choice.

 Simple and straight forward, I would give the new one a shot for a simple reason: you broke up with the others for some reason. I'm guessing that those reasons are still valid in your mind. Why go back to them and (possibly) experience that all over again? At least with the new guy, there's a chance that he's got something better than the other ex's...
