 A romantic place? Well, since your both are young you can't travel that much far away from your spot.
Have you got a favourite place? The park sounds like a good place and it's less crowded and more open. So you wouldn't have to be distracted on the thought of the kiss when people are around.
At your age for now the kiss should be taken lightly and not over the top. Everyone gets shy for the first time which is cute but, it's all about confidence.
