 I didn't propose my husband did, but I'll tell you what he did :)
I love Chinese food, so one night he calls on the way home from work ( I was on vacation visiting him for the 3rd time since we first met) and says that he's picked up Chinese and will stop by my hotel to pick me up so we can eat at his house.
He pick me up and we go to his house where he had had a friend set a gorgeous table. ( And didn't even have a clue at that duh! lol) Anyways he brings in the containers and set them on the table and sets one of them next to himself. We eat and chat and then he suggest I try this awesome dish and he passes the container which seems kinda light, so I open it and inside it is full of red,white and yellow rose petals and a box. Inside the box is a the ring. As I open that he asks me, if I will consider marrying him.. Was very corny and cute. What was even nicer was that he had called my dad and asked for permission already.
