 Why worry about him? He obviously isnt worried about you. He is taking the cowards way out, he doesnt want to be with you but he hasnt got the guts to say it to your face. So he is hoping that by cutting the phone off everytime you phone, you will get the message. Move on hunny and don't give him the satisfaction of thinking that you cant live without him. Delete his number and move on. He isnt worth the worry. Good luck and be strong.

 Are you ringing a mobile? If so, try texting him, if your phone has delivery reports and it says "Delivered" when the message is sent then his phone perhaps is working ok. Try ringing him but witholding the number so see if he picks up to other calls but not yours. If you are in the UK then I assume you know its 141 as the prefix and then the number. Let me know how things work out. xXx

 If you are calling a land line and it cuts off whilst ringing then try another way of getting in touch. He may just have not paid his phone bill.
But if it stops ringing before being cut off, or if you are calling a mobile, then he's probably doing it. Meaning he doesn't want to talk to you. If he's doing that then dump him and fast, he's treating you with major disrespect.
It is possible that his phone got stolen too.
Do you have the number of any of his close friends? Try calling them to find out if they know if he is ok.
