When a guy likes a girl is it common for them to act different around the girl?

For instince:

Guy 1: gets me soda at work, gets the door for me and acts way more outgoing around me. He is usually much, much more quiet.

Guy 2: is much more happy and much much more talkative then I have ever seen him. He is flirty towards me. A few weeks ago he would barely talk to me.

I work with both of them and don't know what to do or what else the sudden change could be.

Any tips?

Yes it is normal. They are trying to get your attention. Most people are so worried about the person they like liking them back they act how they think that person wants them to be. After dating a while they will be more like them selves.
