 When she starts raising her hips and thrusting them, try to respond to her movements. If she is thrusting, she probably wants more/deeper penetration.
Every girl is different during orgasm. I for one prefer my BF to not move very much once i reach climax, and I let myself take over so that I can control my orgasm and get the most out of it.
With oral though, too much stimulation of the clitoris can feel like a funny bone getting hit over and over. Just slow things down when she starts to climax, but don't stop what you're doing completely. Its a fine line, hope that all made sense :)
