A lot of women find it easier to orgasm when they are on top in some variation of an inverted missionary position. My wife puts her legs together and uses her thighs in conjunction with hip movements to make things rub "just right".
Other women like positions like doggy or spoons where their partner can finger them during intercourse. Or they finger themselves - I think it's kind of sexy when my wife fingers herself while we're coupled, but some guys get turned off by this.
But, like "Baby duck" said, you're NOT "a lot of women", nor are you "my wife" (at least I don't think so!). You need to find what works for YOU with a particular partner.
If you've never experienced an orgasm from anything, that's probably where you need to start. Experiment with fingers (yours or his), mouths (his - unless you're extremely flexible), firm surfaces like his knee or a wrist, until you learn what your orgasm feels like and the sequence of stimulations that seems to cause it. Then work on incorporating your orgasm into your lovemaking.

As for positions: two things ...
1) everyone likes something different so if people answer your question, you are going to find out what OTHERS think is the best position which is not important to you, is it? There is only one way for you and your partner to find out what your favorites are, and they'll probably be different, so share
and
2) half the fun of sex is the exploring and experimenting! Ideas are fine if you can't come up with things on your own but the sex is not all about *in echoing voice* THE BIG "O".
It's about the urge and desire ... the foreplay ... the different things you do ... the closeness ... the orgasm if it happens for one or both of you ... and the closeness at the end ...
it's the journey, not the destination!
