 All of those colors would go well... but yellow or white would probably be best if you're not positive what color purple she's wearing. Yellow or white are sure things. Go with one of those - when you go to the florist, as to see something in either of those colors and pick which one you think looks better. As for you Boutonniere, I think that's unnecessary. Her corsage is enough. As long as you have a tie to match her dress (or, if she refuses to show you her dress or give you a picture of the color to give you a perfect idea for a coordinating tie, match it to the corsage you get for her).
Personally, I would go for a wrist corsage as opposed to a dress one. Dress corsages are a pain in the butt. Wrist ones can be a little itchy, but I've always preferred them to stabbing my dress and making sure it doesn't flop around. Besides, with a wrist corsage you can hold her close during a slow dance and not worry about squashing the flowers.

Listen, girls like to be surprised. They like the thought that you picked out something that you thought that she would like. It doesn't matter what it is, she will like it. Flowers are always pretty, so it won't be ugly. Go with colors that are the same or that compliment purple...such as purple flowers, turquoise flowers, and yellow flowers, the only thing is if you mix it all together it will look like she's ready for mardi gras. Simple and pretty will do.

 That depends. What colors does SHE like? Typically, a corsage is a rose of any color or a chrysanthemum. It's up to you two.
