My boyfriend once told me i was sad and pathetic for looking at porn on my mobile phone. I have now since found out he does the same, when i reminded him how sad and pathetic this was he told me he doesnt masturbate over it. What is the point of looking or do men just look?

Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my question. Im not sure if explained myself properly. When i was asking, what is the point of watching porn? I was refering to my partner who at one time told me that i was pathetic & sad for watching porn. Since then i've discovered he also watches porn but he doesnt watch it for the same reasons as i do,which is to get off. I was just wondering is there any other reason, sorry if it came across wrong. Thanks again.

Porn is out there, it is wonderful and beautiful. It is also dirty, disturbing, and pushes the boundries. We all have sex. Everyone. Why not learn the who, what, how, when, where and why? 70% of people are visual learners, so is it a huge surprise that we love pornographic images. He lies because he is insecure with it. Love your sex. Talk about it. Don't be a prude and discover what your sexual desires truly are. Experiment and be experimented on. You will have a much better sex life because of it. Start telling him sometime what kind of images/videos you like, caress him a little, whisper in his ear. If he truly is a man, he will start spitting out the truth. My partner and I watch porn, together, or alone. It happens and we know/accept it. We tell eachother about it, and it brings us closer. I am SO lucky to have found a woman like that, and he should feel the same way.

kenny agony auntThats the point, most people who view porn will nearly always deny the fact that they do when asked, like your boyfriend did. The porn industry is absolutely massive, and is available to almost everyone, espessially with the invention of the internet. I would say that the majority of people that look at porn masturbate over it too.

aunt honesty agony auntSome men just look at porn out of boredom when they have nothing to do. But he still shouldnt judge you if you masterbate over it or not. Everybody is different and at the end of the day porn is sexual no matter what way you look at it and it does turn most people on.
