 You should only wear a condom for the actual intercourse. If you use a condom for foreplay (I am guessing for oral sex?) you need to change the condom when you want to have intercourse.
I do not know of any difference in condoms for the length of intercourse. But if you notice any discomforts, the condom dries out, you just change into a new condom. So the answer to your question in my experience is that no matter what brand you choose, you might need to use 2-3 condoms for the entire act.
From your experience, since I am curious and we're on the topic, is premarital sex legal in Pakistan?
