Basschick agony auntToo late, I think your dreams are telling you that your feelings for him are already there and this is why you keep dreaming about him. I don't know why you're holding back, but perhaps you should just give yourself permission to take the plunge and be with him. It might be a terrific relationship if you give it a chance. The signs are all there in my opinion.

To answer your questions..

Yes I know this person in real life for many years but never had these feelings for him until a few months ago when I had been able to spend more time with him and get to know him a little more than I was able to before. We've been intimate also. We have more of a somewhat distant friendship than anything else, partly could be my own doing. I try to limit the time I spend with him because I really don't want my feelings to become more intense than what the are already.

Sweet-thing agony auntSo is this guy someone you know in real life, or someone you're imagination has just created? If this guy is a total stranger, it could simply mean that you are longing to meet someone in which you connect to and have a relationship with. If it's someone you already know, perhaps you are longing to be with this person, or you are wishing you could connect with them more deeply. I usually don't give much significance to dreams in general, but when you're having a reoccuring dream, it usually means something related to subconsious thoughts. I used to have one where I was floating in the ocean, but it looke crystal clear like a swimming pool, and I was enjoying myself quite a bit, until I suddenly realize that below me is this massive, massive, what can only be described as a whale, because it's dark and huge. I become absolutely panicked even though it is not being agressive, or swimming towards me, it is just below me, sort of lying there, but just the sheer size of the thing freaks me out beyond my wildest dreams. I had this dream so many times, that I literally had a panic attack one time, while on vacation at Seaworld, and one of the killer whales swam up to the glass where I was standing. I had a horrible flash back and had to get away fast. Silly, I know. But I think it represented a sense of feeling overwhelmed. I was under alot of stress at work at the time, and I think it merely represented those huge problems looming beneath the surface of my otherwise pleasant life, and the fear of being overwhelmed by them. I hope this helps you out.

You don't say whether you have a relationship outside of this dream or not, but if you don't then perhaps the reason you are dreaming about a man is because you are craving some male attention.

If you DO have a relationship outside of this dream I would presume that you feel somewhat lonely and want a bit more male attention. Think about it. Do you?

You say that you have a lot of feelings for this guy in the dream. Is there somebody far away, perhaps a lost friend, ex boyfriend that you are still close to, or some other man close to your heart that deep down you still have feelings for.

The fact that you never leave the car, but you are just sat there talking shows that you're feeling life is getting repetitive and boring. Or perhaps you have had relationships or are in one that you don't feel are going anywhere, or where you feel that the guy doesn't feel the same way about you as you do him.

Have a quiet sit down sometime, and think about all the similarities in your life and in the dream. Or think about things in the dream that symbolize or represent things to you that occur in your life. There will be lots of possibilities.
