What does it mean when a guy says to dress up nice? What should I wear?

ALSO I need sights with easy but nice looking hairstyles to wear out that aren't too hard.. Preferably a sight with step by step instruction and curled hair. But whatever.

this site has some ideas. and with the "dress up nice" i would say dont wear jeans, maybe a cute dress or nice shirt with some pretty jewellery, but not over the top.
