What do you get a man you fancy for christmas, something that might be a small hint? And do you think he likes me back?

A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Just a quick question: what do you get a man you fancy for christmas, something that might be a small hint? He seems to know me very well and vice versa (he messaged me some songs that he thought I'd enjoy and I LOVED them, which is amazing as people call me 'difficult' when it comes to music!)

En plus, do you think he might feel something for me? He genuinely seems happy to talk often and looks around for me. I have a very good friendship with him and have known him for around one year. Could I just be seeing 'what I want to see'?

Thanks for reading.

Thank you for everything. Erm we are sort of together now!? :D

I'm seeing him next thursday at the cinema, just the two of us.

I'm so excited and incredibly nervous at the same time!!

Thank you for everything, you've answered all my wandering thoughts.

Listen to all he has to say and maybe you can pick up some ideas on what he likes. If he likes reading, then maybe some book tokens, music tokens or just a big box of sweets. If he likes concerts, then maybe tickets for you two to go and see someone you both like. The list is endless, but without knowing the person it is hard to tell.

take care

Depends on the type of songs.

As far as a gift-go for something small but shows that you are thinking of him. Maybe he's mentioned something he'd like in conversation. When I was first dating my girlfriend, she said she loves popcorn flavored jelly beans. It was small, simple, but it showed her that I care for even the little details of what she likes.

TELLULAH agony auntHi,

How about some cinema tickets. Get two and then he may ask you to go with him. You could decide between you what you want to see.

Aunt Lou Lou agony auntHi, I must admit, reading your problem did bring a smile to my face. It is possibly a little flirty but if you think that he is just being friendly, then i suggest you be careful. Just in case his feelings arent the same and you scare the poor lamb. Perhaps buy something funny flirty that could also be seen as a joke. Perhaps a mistletoe hat and you pouting at him laughing... or even something from "purple ronnie" who have some great presents and cards, some funny and some a little rude. Its a great way to test the waters. Also, you never know what you might get back. I suggest something funny. Hope you get on ok! Good luck!
