 Holiday romances can be easy to get over you just need to throw yourself into your normal working everyday life now and as he is so far away and you don't even know any of his details it should not be too hard after a while you will get used to it.
On the other hand if you feel your pinning for him and just want to get in touch, maybe you could do some research on the place you holidayed in call around some bars, clubs, that you frequented whilst there, it might be hard for some people to remember you but if you start to ask they might?
If he was so great i am surprised you never asked for his number, address etc: or him you!
