And she used to kiss him too on hes neck and hes checks. And because she hasn't seen me for a long time she said "i felt like hes the person replacing you and having talks with me so i kinda had feelings for him ..but they were emotional feelings." And she told me that it was a summer crush but its gone and the feelings are going away. She said she never kissed him and she DIDNT cheat on me. i really love this girl what should i do and i really want her ?

Ask him even if he denys it watch his body langusge and hers and if he even laughs or smile while hes answering hes lying dont put your all into this relationship she admitted to having feeling start hanging out with friends.

 I can understand your concern but my advice would be to trust her when she says she didn't cheat. It's understandable for her to have found a temporary emotional replacement for you when she's away from you because she will have missed you, but that doesn't mean she will have cheated on you, especially with her cousin, because that's incest :/
If you love her, trust her. I understand your worry but if she loves you, she wouldn't cheat on you and she wouldn't lie to you about it
