I'm a bit chubby yet built though not cut. I'm an all around guy that would stand up for anybody and I'm nice to anybody.I just find it as if girls just care for looks and find guys that play football and is well known to be assholes.I never had a girlfriend and I'm 15. I just want to see how it's like to really have a girlfriend that you can be motivated to.

 I think it's true that many girls your age are primarily attracted too good looks and other shallow and superficial factors.
In a way,that's good news. It leaves you with a smaller range of possibilities, but a better quality. The girls that you will attract will be into more than looks ,they will be more mature,sensitive and intelligent.
15 is veeeery young. You have tons of time to get what you want.

 I'm not going to answer what a girl looks for. Be yourself. As far as the first impression goes, just be confident. That's half the battle. Well, probably even more than half the battle.
Oh and 15 is young, I know you aren't necessarily saying this, but I'll say it anyways. Don't worry about not having a girlfriend. You seem like you have confidence in yourself. Keep that up, you will find someone.
