And we arranged to meet up on saturday and he couldnt make it. Sometimes he speaks alot on MSN but others, he dont speak at all. What can I do to make him speak 2 me more?

 Ask him why sometimes he's so chatty and other times he hasnt. You may find he doesnt know what to say or is shy about your kiss or something.
