writes: I don't know if I should call him... every time I call him to ask him to hang out he says his busy... last night I called and he said he would call back... however he never did. I feel like calling him almost everyday is going to get him annoyed.. is it.? ... but I don't want to let him go...(his a friend that lives a block away from me) what should I do to not let him go... and show him I miss him and I like him.?...  A boy/man who is really interested will let YOU know and find you.
If you chase HIM, more than likely he is going to run away.
He has let you know he isnt interested. He just is not using words.

 If you have called him and asked him to hang out several times and he keeps saying no, and he does not call you back, he is telling you loud and clear where you fit in his life.
Sadly he's telling you he's not interested.
you need to hear what his actions are saying
calling him and asking him to hang out tells him you want to see him that you miss him and like him. even if he's being NICE about it, he's telling you he's not feeling the same way you are.
