Other side effects are weight gain, depression, headaches, nausea/sickness itself etc etc.
You don't really need to worry, unless you are extremely uncomfortable whilst talking the pill, then you should see your doctor. Best of luck!!

I've been on the pill for years now, and I really don't notice any side effects. At least, not bad ones. It has cleared up my skin, given me regular periods, given lighter, shorter periods, and, of course, keeps me from getting pregnant. On the negative (none of which I've experienced), you can experience slight weight gain, depression (usually only from ortho tri cyclin), and there is the risk of blood clots, stroke, and heart attack, which smoking increases the risk of. Personally, though, I haven't experienced any of the bad side effects. And I'm sure most women don't. I don't know how old you are, but you should talk with your doctor (and parent, if applicable) before going on the pill. Good luck and take care!

the pill affects different people in different ways. it can make you put on weight cause migranes (in which case you will need to see you doctor as this could be serious), thrombosis (the formation of a clot in the blood vessels), liver diease, bleeding or spotting between your periods for first few months while you body is adjusting, headaches, feeling sick, being sick, stomach upsets, sore breats depressive moods, loss of interest in sex, weight loss, chloasma ( yellow brown patches on the skin), poor tolerance to contact lenses.
But these things are only things that may happen, i personally onlyexperenced god effects from going onto the pill. i was put on the pill at a very early age due to the fact i have very heavy irregular periods and would only happen every 4 months ish and last for about 4 weeks. since taking the pill my periods and very light less painful, and usually only last only 2 or 3 days. i have had no other side effects. try it you can always stop it or talk to your doctor thy will know best. bu most people go on the pill with no problems whatsoever

I went on it about 23 days ago and so far i haven't really had any side effects. Although you will get told various different side effects they are only 'possible side effects' and the only reason you are told about these is because you MAY get them, not for definate. One good thing is that many women find that their boobs get bigger (me included lol) With the pill you get a leaflet that tells you everything you could possibly need to know. And you can ask your doctor (who will give you the pill for free although I'm not sure if your age would be an issue... any other agony aunts got any ideas on that?) any questions you want. Thats if you actually want to go on it, you might just be curious. In which case, the side effects vary a lot because the pill changes your hormone levels which effect all sorts of things on your body. Some people get more spots, some people's skin clears up. etc etc. You will probably get told that weight gain is a side effect but my doctor told me thats only an issue if you have problems with easy weight gain anyway and in that case all you have to do is keep an eye on your diet and exercise. Hope this helps xxxxx

Depends on which pill you go on. But in general, here's a site that lists them: http://womenshealth.about.com/od/thepill/f/pillsideeffects.htm
