His sister doesnt seem to like me to much and he just said i many have to hang out with her in the mall. Well he is getting his hair cut.  Hey,
Why not just bring up something like, "that shirt is really cute, where'd you get it?". A compliment always breaks the ice... and if she's cold to you after that, well, you tried.
Maybe, "what's your favorite store here?" and then when she tells you say, "oh hey, I love that store. Want to go check it out?".

 hey im old enough to know you cant keep some people happy, if shes jelious your dating her brother or shes just protective then relax, if its not going to effect your relationship then dont worry, let her engage you.
