Wet and dry...what can I do?

my boyfriend and i regularly attempt to have sex but my vagina one day can be very wet and the next day be bone dry and it can go for periods for example a week being dry and then suddenly the next week completely wet. i jus want it to be permanently moist so we can have sex whenever any advice on how to maintain a permanently wet vagina?

This is the original girl who posted the question and thank you for the answers! But even with us involving foreplay my vagina can still remain dry and won't go moist at all. And even at times when it does it jus dried up in a second again!...

During ovulation (when you release an egg) your vagina has more moisture. This happens about 2 weeks before your period and that mucus is what sperm needs to swim through your cervix to the egg. So its common for you to be drier at other times. To improve the dry times, have longer foreplay; 30mins or more before sex. Even better if you can climax before sex through oral etc.

Not My Name agony auntAll else being equal, it is probably hormonal. Pay attention and you may notice that it is particular weeks in relation to your cycle that are consistently the same each month.
