writes:I don't understand, right this lad i am really close fiends to, and he always hugs me and stuff, and when other lads want to hug me he gets dead over powering and doesnt let them or gets like dead protective and obsessive and jealous, like he will go and hug loads of girls then this lad he knows that likes me flirts with me and he gets in the way, like doesnt let him near me and im like no its ok, but he still gets in the way, and when other lads go to hug me he pulls me away and says shes mine and im like Lol, and he hugs me even when i tell him to get off or hint i dont want to be hugged he still hugs me. he get really annoying sometimes.why do you think he is like this it is not like i go out with him so i dont no why he doesnt like me hugging others ? what should i do?

He may have feelings for you.
Talk to him about it ask him why he doesnt like you hugging other lads.
You may have feelings for him too so its worth a try going out with him.

I think your friend has found his first attraction, and it seems to be you. he sees you as more than just a friend, which is why he flirts to try and make you jealous. I would have a talk with this guy and ask him why he is like this,if you can get him to reveal his feelings for you, it will give you a lead into putting him straight on how you feel.
I would also try not to see him as much,and try seeing other people,see if you can get him not to be so dependant on you. Good luck
