 ask her to dinner or a movie IN PERSON. Thats scary and it takes some balls but she will respect you for it and it will show her your willing to take your relationship to a more serious level.

On msn tell her how much she means to you in a way that makes her feel special and very loved, be honest with it. Since youre in school, dont throw all your feelings out there or it could come back to haunt you, but let her know you are serious about her. It will make her feel more special and comforted by you.
Being straigt foward about liking her and making her feel special (making her see you as very masculine) can add to her lust and desire to be with you.
Start really simple and ask if she wants to hang out a litle while after school or something like that. You can also test the waters when you are with her by getting a bit closer to her,or touching her hand or arm, and see how she reacts. And smile when youre with her so you seem confident and it should make her smile too and realize how happy you make her.
