A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hello everyone!

This is somewhat embarrasing to ask (I try to keep my sexual life private), but I've been wanting to know how to do this for a while. Well, me and my boyfriend have decided to have anal sex but even after searching about it I still need some information from those who have done it.

I know that for safe reasons he should wear a condom and that we should use some type of lubricant, but I really don't know anything else about it. I want to hear those who have experimented about it and their opinion about it and to also give me tips of what things to take for precautions or anything else that I should know.

Please give constructive comments.

as long as you feel safe with your partner and only if you know that if you say hang on STOP,that he will, then go for it. Theres nothing wrong in trying out different types of sex providing both of you are comfortable with it

littlesuziepie agony auntGecko12. How do you know it hurts in the morning? Haha. I have done it a few times and never hurt in the morning. It hurts the first few times I guess until you get usto it. I had it with a guy that was extreemly huge. Very thick. I was very turned on and we only used spit. I know that's grose right. But it didn't hurt at all. Then more recently I tried it with someone much smaller in size and it hurt like hell and we used lube. But I wasn't turned on as much. So to go along with what sugarcookie said that is the most important. Don't plan it. I would say that wiLl ruin it. How turned on can you get when its been scheduled...let it just happen. I would say the man should plan on making his move when he knows your all turned on. You can decide if its the right time. Best position for it I think is doggy style so he can reach around and play with your clit at the same time as he goes in. If he can last longer than you can then you will expireance something so pleasurable you won't even believe that hole could make it feel so good. I didn't. Everyone should do it a few times. Don't get crazy though. You don't want that to go loose and you can never tighten it back up. The O ring gets blown out. But that's like porn star doing in. I think you could do it once a week for 5 years and be ok. Lol really I don't know about that. Good Luck

Keep track of what goes in where and when, or you might get a yeast infection. Once a finger or condom has been in your anus, it shouldn't get near your vagina until it's been washed. In fact it can be handy to keep some latex gloves around so you don't have to keep bouncing out of bed to wash your hands.

Also, it's a good idea to take a shower afterward, once again, to prevent an infection (don't ask me how I know all this, boo hoo.)

Have a good time!

Ok you live in the US so I'm going to assume that you have a walmart near you. (they are everywhere). There is a lube there it is about $2 its an off brand its the walmart brand off KY Jelly. Get the off brand not the name brand. I have tried KY and many more expensive brand (some that were $40 a bottle). This 2 dollar bottle is the best for anal sex. Next start with him playing with you with his finger to relax you. Have him rub around you anus slowing ever so gentle pushing. Stop if it hurts and try having regular sex to get more turned on.

The keys in anal sex is being turned on and lube. It may take a lot of tries and it wont work everytime. To tell the truth the first time me and my bf had anal sex it was a complete accident. I was extremely turned on and we were having doggie style and he fell out and went to put it back in and put it in the wrong hole. I was so turned on it felt good.

Just remember to not force it and a little blood if it is rough anal is normal. If you do notice a little blood give yourself a couple days to heal before trying again.

I hope that helped! Good luck and have fun!

A male reader, ChiRaven United States +, writes (10 July 2008):

ChiRaven agony auntOK. Yes, a condom is a VERY good idea. But LOTS of lube is even more important. You'll probably want to use a water-based lube (MUCH better than having petroleum or silicon running around in your system, in my opinion), but that means that if your sex session goes on very long you may have to add some extra. You can usually do this by him pulling almost all the way out, adding it generously, and then resuming, trying to get as much lube "into the action" as you can. It's an interruption, but you'll need it.

Anal sex is NOT the time for strong manly thrusts. Go in slowly, and take your friction on the way out. And don't go in very deep. The main "action" is right at the entrance anyway. No need to go much deeper than that. In fact, it's really sort of counterproductive.

For obvious reasons, don't try it when you haven't had a BM recently. Also, it's a really good idea to have a towel or something easily washable underneath because you may want to get rid of it as soon as you get done.

There's a good (and funny) basic coverage of the subject on the Midwest Teen Sex Show, a periodic Podcast that covers a LOT of sex topics. Go to

http://midwestteensexshow.com/

and chose episode 11 "Backdoor Business"

By the way, I recommend MTSS very highly for anyone looking for a light but accurate approach to sex topics. I think they've got about 15 or so 'casts done now.

Take it slow, relax, lube well, and ENJOY! It's all good.
