 The only person who can answer this question is your doctor. You have a list of possibilities, none of which are particularly good. What is it you want to hear? Good for you for having unprotected sex? Don't worry, you'll get pregnant someday? STIs aren't really a problem and only happen to other people? Not to worry, the hidden infection has made you infertile and you won't ever get pregnant but you still might have to worry about another STI?
Sometimes I wonder why people allow their hormones and gametes to do their thinking for them.
Please, you need to see your doctor soon. How awful it would be for you to find out later that your health has been damaged by something that was so easily prevented and perhaps easily treated.
Take care of your body, it's the only one you'll get. Good luck.

 Wait I need to get something straight... is it you just are curious as to why you haven't gotten pregnant or do you want to be pregnant and wondering as to why you aren't?If you didn't want people saying you shouldn't be having sex at your age and all of that then you shouldn't have posted your question. Fair enough, I lost my virginity at 14 but that's not what I'm going to go on about.Unprotected sex though?!?! Have sex if you want to it's your own fault if you end up with no life caring for a demanding baby but getting pregnant is only one option...STD STI's.... You could get one and things like HIV aren't something you'll particularly want. As an answer to your question I would say either you or your bf already has an STI or low fertility rates. Please wear condoms!!! It's bad enough that you're having sex but wearing a condom will at least be better seeing as I can't see you stopping just because a few people on a website told you to. Please be smarter.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 November 2008): OMG! You are playing with fire. The previous answer gave you two possibilities...another is you've just been very Lucky! Maybe God is looking out for you. Maybe there is a health issue. But in any case...You are far too young to be thinking of having a child! I was pregnant at 18...had three children at 25, I was literally a kid raising kids! Looking back I realize my kids suffered due to my lack of wisdom, maturity, and responsibility. In my late 20's to late 30's I went through a lifestyle that I should've gone through years earlier. I regretted not experiencing what I had missed. As I said, My children suffered, and although I have straightened out my life...my relationship with my children is still strained. We barely talk and when we do, at times especially with my middle child she is angry, accusing and hurtful! We haven't talked much lately, but I know she will never fully forgive me for my behavior in the past. I've tried to make ammends, but to no avail!
Sorry for getting off on a tangent...but maybe you can learn something from my experience! My advice to you...use protection, and give yourself years to explore your life, experiment if need be, but don't bring innocent children into the world!

 Why on earth would you want to get pregnant at 15 ?You should use protection not only to stop pregnancy but STI/STDs. Getting pregnant at 15 will pretty much ruin your youth.But since you asked, there are various reasons why you might not get pregnant. A couple are:1. You or your bf could have a low fertility rate2.
