Me and this girl who liked me went on a date today, I was thinking all the time should a hold out my hand so she can hold it and should I just take her by the waist and kiss her. I didn't end up doing any of this but I still don't actually think there was any kind of spark between us. What can I do to create a spark and how can I have the confidence to hold her hand and kiss her?

tennisstar88 agony auntShe likes you but do you like her? If you don't have an initial interest in her then there won't be any spark/chemistry between you two. There's either something there between you two, in the air while you're talking and getting to know each other, or there's nothing.

You can ask her out on a second date..this time you just brush your hand up against hers then intertwine your fingers. As far as the kiss goes, you just go in for it. She likes you, so she will be wanting and waiting for a kiss.

Ok, first dates don't always generate a spark. Sometimes, it's an action or physical moment that generates that spark. There had to have been something if you were thinking on physical contact. A way to address it without feeling awkward on your "next" date with her, should be to talk about it before the first date. Such as tell her, "When we were together that night, I really wanted to hold your hand. Would that have been to much for you?" Believe me, if she is interested in you, she will definitely let you know or even suggest to you, "Why didn't you?" Let me know how it turns out.
