Yes, possible - but not real likely.
It is widely claimed that you CAN get pregnant like that but I have never come across anybody who who said it actually DID happen.
My wife and I used dry humping and oral sex before we were married, so we could be wedding-night virgins. We had a similar scare, when her period was late. It was rough couple of weeks until we could get a reliable pregnancy test - which was "negative". Do the responsible thing and get tested as soon as you can get a reliable result, but don't stress out until you have credible evidence. Yeah, I know, that's easier said than done.

As for the wetness it could have been you, it could have been him, but there is a low chance of pregnancy dry humping if you take the panties off straight away and clean anything else off yourself. That being said, I didn't say you COULDN'T get pregnant that way, but the chance is very small.
If you're dry humping try to keep your clothes on! Or get him to put a condom on if you really want to get naked.
I'm more concerned that your age is 18-21 and you don't seem to know much about sex. Borrow some books from your local library and read up!!! I would have suggested researchind on the internet but a lot of its sex information is porn/inaccurate. XD

If that is so you are probably okay as I hear that experts now believe that pre-cum does not (usually) contain sperm.
