writes:Hey... i broke up with my boyfriend of 9 months 3 weeks ago, because felt he didnt want to be in a relationship anymore ( we are both 17!) We got along great, and we are best friends. And i thought that after we broke up, we would lose this due to awkwardness etc. But we have spoken every day since the broke up! There has been moments of akwardness...but we still talk to each other like nothings changed between us. We text, and meet up alot. I still love him, and at the back of my mind im i cant help but thinking we'll get back together after some time apart...!!Im i just prolonging the heart ache? i cant banish him from my life, coz hes my best mate...but im always gonna want somthing more. i dunno what to do!!please help!! xxxxxxxxx

 Things will never be the same after breakup.Even if you reunite, there will be changes.And the point here is that you cannot predict such changes.Moreover, from the other side it looks like you dumped him."im always gonna want somthing more" - Is this really true?

Ok have you ever discussed this with him and actually asked him if he wants to be in a relationship with you.
Maybe he is holding on to the though that you will want to get beck with him at some point, so maybe it would be a good idea to actually talk to each other about it.
