hey, one of my ex wants me back and i do not want to be with him, he broke up with me and soon found someone new and now he says he wants me back and it was a big mistake to break up with me in the first place. the thing is he really broke my heart when he ended it but we have somehow managed to salvage a friendship which is ok. i don't want him back how can i let him down gently. thank you.

helpful girl agony auntexplain to him how he broke your heart and you like him to much as a freind to ever go back to a ralationship with him! there is a thing which is called freindship and true freindship and what you and your ex have is true freind ship, like wise i have a freind who lives 5mins from me i was with him 4years ago for 2months i really fell in love with him but now i adore him to much as a freind to even think he was good looking like every other girl says he is and i know hes still intrested in me! but you stand your ground and explain to him the truth! how you feel your both be ok in the end if you are meant to be freinds!
