writes:I have noticed a small cut on the lip of my lady bits and it sometimes stings slighly when i pee if a bit gets on there. I was very drunk and had quite rough sex the other night, do you think it could be an STI or just a cut from the roughness. My doctor won't do a smear until I'm 25 and I don't really want to go for an STI test if i can help it.

 No one is going to be able to tell you exactly what the problem is, more than likely it probably is just a little cut, but the fact you are concerned about std's i am guessing you did not use protection so as much as you don't want to go to your gp i would suggest you go there sooner rather than later and get it checked out there will be tests they can do without having to have a smear test. play safe .xx.
