writes:last valentines i found out i was pregnant and my 2 year boyfriend abandoned me. my son was born premature and a few weeks after i met an amazing man. but he was divorced and was in the navy for 2 years. everything went great but we found out we are sooo different. so we broke up. still stayed friends and had sex once in a while. recently i started seeing other men as well as we werent together in a relationship. 2 days ago we both said i love you. today i told him i just wanted to be friends because we are to different and that we should lookut for new partners. same day he has been texting me alot and he asked me if i wanted to still be his valentine as he has a surprise for me and he is "very excited". i think he is trying to make things right with me. but i know we are too different. im scared we will never workout. i love him very much but ive been shattered before. should i give this a try? can 2 very different people be together if they have enough love and respect and attraction? we are both young, i feel we both have maturity issues as well.
