 Urinary tract infections are incredibly common during pregnancy (your immune system response is lower when you are expecting a baby). I had a UTI in my first trimester and it can be identified very simply (wee in a pot - check for bacteria). Very important to identify if you do have a UTI as you don't want to end up with a very painful kidney infection or anything nasty. So, see a doctor or nurse very soon and get some treatment. If you don't have a urinary tract infection, ask the doctor to check out the source of pain to see if there are any other possible reasons.

You could have a bladder infection, I would go see your doctor right away just to be safe. I found out that I had uterine fiborids when I was pregnant, and they hurt bad when I was 6 weeks.
