The secret is hold off and come at the same time, usually easier for a girl. Something like, Astroglide should always be used with a condom. This also makes sure the condom doesn't get torn.

 Poor you! ... have you tried lubricating yourself with ky jelly or something similar (not vaseline as it reacts with the latex, dissolves it I believe)? Maybe as he is taking so long to reach an orgasm himself you could give him a 'helping hand' and/or a good long blow job to shorten the time he spends inside you? Good luck!
