Well what if a big guy has skill? Surely he's better then a small or average guy right?

 I agree. If you can also grow hair on bald guys AND grow a full penis size, then you need to get an infomercial and get rich off of this. I think the medieval equivalent or "phallacy" was turning stuff into gold.

I wouldn't change a thing, instead consider embracing what you have which is a great size in my opinion.

It takes time, maybe a year or more to see results but it will work.

 I dont think jelqing will help with the girth of your penis to be honest, it just slightly stretches it out so it might get slightly longer but the width will remain the same.
From your measurements you sound fine as you are! Now I have experienced both large and small and yes, large is always better. But some larger guys have no idea how to use it - that is much worse than sleeping with someone who is about average but is great in bed! If it is very small (like under 4 inches) then he has got no hope really but with your size, that is plenty to be able to pleasure a woman!
You need to bear in mind that around 70% of women cannot achieve an orgasm through penetration alone - so you could have a massive penis and still not give a girl an orgasm! And believe me - this is true! I have slept with one guy who was massive (girth and length) and still no orgasm! It is just unfortunate for a lot of women that sex itself doesnt give us orgasms! We still enjoy it a lot but there is no orgasm at the end!
The issue here is that you are so concerned with your penis you will end up forgetting about the woman in the bedroom and be too pre-occupied with what she thinks of your penis! so get your hand out of your pants and take your mind off your penis and start living life!
After all, if you spend your whole time thinking and playing with your penis how are you ever actually going to meet a girl to sleep with her?! When you do get a girl in bed - think of all the ways you can pleasure her, not just with your penis! Women often appreciate the foreplay much more than the actual sex itself!
