I just started dateing this guy i really really like, lets just call him S, but he is a little bit of a geek and not as noticable but those are just the guys i always seem to like. The boyfriend i had before him, lets call him B, was a todal loner and when he found out that i dumped him cause i liked S he was todally cool with it. Then when i told him i had asked S out(S exected)he freaked! now he always is sending me texts about how much he hate me and S and how we are so evil to him and we make his life hell. BUT THATS NOT TRUE!!! we try to be his friend, we talk to him and eat with him at lunch and he still freaks out on us!now other than that my problem with S is that i really like him more than i have liked any of my other boyfriends. And i want to kiss him and hold his hand and stuff but i just cant! i am not that type of person! i am not the hole cute-sie toot-sie jump on your arm lovey type.and to make matters worst S's cousin will sometimes text me and when we first talked she said, in these exact words"have you guys kissed yet? you might want to do it soon or he will get bored and move on. also could you like hold his hand and stuff too? it would really help with his shyness"i know she didnt mean it in a rude way but it really hurt when she sent that to me. I cant stand being seen as the one in charge! i want him to do what he wants but he is to shy to do that so there is no way in hell.should i just get over it and kiss him and hold his hand and stuff or should i not???UGH!!!UGH!!!!!!UGH!!! I AM SO CONFUSED!!!!!HELP MEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!

 If they guy really likes you he wont get bored, he will wait for you, and its your choice when you guys kiss, if your not ready dont do it but if you want to kiss him go for it, im sure he wont pull away but just reasure him cuz he probably doesnt know what hes doing, and if you dont want to hold hands dont, just make sure he knows how you feel about him?

reader, anonymous, writes (9 October 2009): If you don't feel comfy with it don't do it- if S is a decent boy then he'll respect your wishes. When you guys are alone then you could try it out but make it clear that you aren't willing to hold hands/kiss etc in public yet. Good luck!

 Hey hunny, ok well everyone is different babe and it really depends when YOU as a person are ready, do not do anything that you don't want to do with any boy, never get pressured into anything, to me it sounds like your not ready because if you were it would come naturally...a relationship isn't all about kissing and holding hands it's about what's inside, really hun believe me on this one, I know you must really like him, but if he'll get bored if you don't kiss or hold hands then is he really worth being with? Think about this hun...
