 you need to be VERY MENTALLY PREPARED AND EMOTIONALLY READY. sex comes with tons of emotions but everyone is different, everyone feels differently afterward, but with me, i wasnt prepared for all the emotional baggage and neither was my boyfriend. we were going out for a little under a year but it was sort of a disaster. youve been going our for over a year and youre older than i was when i lost my virginity so youll probably be ok... just be careful

Well if you are truly ready to lose your virginity then you'll have already done a fair bit of other stuff with him.
Prepare as you normally would, knowing he might want to see you in and out of your pants.
It shouldn't be too different to the other times when you have got close to sex but not done it.
Shave your legs and have a giggle!
