Well I'm not going to a doctor anytime soon, but maybe I should. I guess it's probably from not masturbating for a while. So don't panic yet, just rest your head and be calm and head to your doctor with a clear thoughts not panicking and tell exactly what you felt and saw etc. everything that you need to tell.
