 Your 15.. the guy is 19... that is a big problem. You may like him, but in your country, he is a young adult and you are a little child. Unfortunately, we can't always be with the people we like. I suggest that you try to forget about romance with this guy, especially since you once dated his brother. It is very bad manners to try to date your ex's brother, and this is another reason why this 19year old guy is probably not interested. Sorry.
