I can understand your concern and the more you are going to get stressed and worried it will just make matters worse.
I suggest you consult your doctor, it is not worth going through all the feeling uncomfortable and worrying.There are are ways and methods the doctor can establish if you are pregnant or not; also maybe it is something else wrong and then the doctor will be able to give you the necessary medication and or treatment.
Consult your doctor and get the "answers";
I hope things will be okay for you and that you will have peace of mind and feel better soon.
