 Sorry thats a little too corney. You will get laughed at if you do that. Just come out with it and ask, and if you get her out a few times then you can pull the realy sweet stuff, like roses and notes. You will come off like a stalker if you break into her locker and leave all that stuff.

 I agree with Jamer, the rose and the note are a great idea, the rose may well make her feel quite happy that you remembered her middle name and well its just a good idea ;)

 sounds great, very good idea. But dont get her the necklace, just yet. Hopefully she will say yes but giving her the necklace could either make her feel obliged to go out or if she says no you will be out of pocket.

I think you are what they say jumping the gun a bit, a better idea would be to ask her out first to make sure she will go out with you,if she accepts then on the first date i would give her a rose, on the second date i would give her the locket.
The reason i have suggested this is if you give her the presents then she turns you down it will devastate you,you must not be to eager because this put most girls off, talk to her first make sure she will go out with you, then follow the plan above, hope this helps. Good luck.
