 Don't lie about anything your exs may have told her...but don't volunteer any information about the past relationships either.
Also as much as your exs may trash talk you, DO NOT do the same. It will make you look bad in this girl's eyes.

I wouldn't let the fact she's friends with your exs intimidate you. If you genuinely like this girl then pursue her, regardless of her friends.
