writes:So I just met this girl and she was really cool, she gave me her number. The next day we texted through out but it tapered off that night. I got a couple of weird answers when I asked where her favorite place to eat was and what not, she would say she didn't have one and stuff like that (seemed kinda cold) anyways my question is should I text her first or see if she texts me and what if she doesn't in the next couple days? What should I do?

You can not have relationships by text.
I dumped a guy when I was your age, because he communicated by text only and it's very frustrating for a girl!
Find a nice place that you think is good for a fun but nice first date and ask her to go with you, try and take her tastes into account if you can guess what they could be, maybe suggest a couple of places and let her pick.

 Texting, emails...the world has gone mad. Pick up the phone and call the girl. Ask her out on a date. The worst possible thing that can happen is she says no, please go away and never phone me again (her loss). Waiting for her to text you back is agony, seize the moment and make your move. Life is short and too short for fiddling with keyboards on mobile phones.

 I think you should wait to see if she texts you. If she doesn't then it's obvious she isn't interested. Give her some space and see if she comes to you.I hope this helps
