 ok well your only not a virgin when you have had penis in vagina sex. but sure i think it is possible that he may have broken your hymen with his fingers if he went deep enough.
but its ok that doesnt mean that you have lost your virginity and neither has he.
when you do have sex adventualy you may notice that there isnt much pain and no blood but that is just because the hymen is already broken, doesnt make you not a virgin though.
i may add that with mos women the hymen is already broken before fingering or sex. it can sometimes tear just from using a tampon etc.
so your still a virgin and so is he.
